Find Project

Using State, City/Town/Village, or Habitat Type:

1. From the home screen (lisshabitatresoration.net), select the State, City/Town/Village, or Habit Type you want to view

2. Scroll below the selection options to click Apply

Using Maps

1. From the home screen (lisshabitatresoration.net), on the left, select the map you want to view

2. Scroll in or out of the map as needed

3. Click on a dot to see the project name

4. Click on a project name to view the project

Search using name (or partial name) of Project:

1. On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Content List

Select "Content List"
Select "Content List"

2. From the Content List page, select Content Type as LISS Project

*Note - clicking apply without parameters will bring up a list of all projects*

3. Under Title, use Contains, or select a different parameter,

4. Type in the box below the selected parameter what you want to search (for example, farm)

LISS Project search for "farm"5. Click Apply

6. Click the Title of the item you wish to view OR click View under Action next to the item


Find Contact

Search using name (or partial name) of Project:

1. On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Content List

Select "Content List"
Select "Content List"

2. From the Content List page, select Content Type as LISS Contact

*Note - clicking apply without parameters will bring up a list of all contacts*

Content Type: LISS Contact

3. Under Title, use Contains, or select a different parameter

4. Type in the box below the selected parameter what you want to search

5. Click Apply

6. Click the Title of the item you wish to view OR click View under Action next to the item


Find Funding Partner

Search using name (or partial name) of Funding Partner:

1. On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Content List

Select "Content List"
Select "Content List"

2. From the Content List page, select Content Type as LISS Funding Partner

*Note - clicking apply without parameters will bring up a list of all funding partners*

Content Type: LISS Funding Partner

3. Under Title, use Contains, or select a different parameter

4. Type in the box below the selected parameter what you want to search

5. Click Apply

6. Click the Title of the item you wish to view OR click View under Action next to the item


Find Project City/Town/Village

Search using name (or partial name) of Project City/Town/Village:

1. On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Content List

Select "Content List"
Select "Content List"

2. From the Content List page, select Content Type as LISS Project City/Town/Village

*Note - clicking apply without parameters will bring up a list of all cities, towns, and villages*

Content Type: LISS City/Town/Village

3. Under Title, use Contains, or select a different parameter

4. Type in the box below the selected parameter what you want to search

5. Click Apply

6. Click the Title of the item you wish to view OR click View under Action next to the item


Find Project Partner

Search using name (or partial name) of Project Partner:

1. On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Content List

Select "Content List"
Select "Content List"

2. From the Content List page, select Content Type as LISS Project Partner

*Note - clicking Apply without parameters will bring up a list of all project partners*

Content Type: LISS Funding Partner

3. Under Title, use Contains, or select a different parameter

4. Type in the box below the selected parameter what you want to search

5. Click Apply

6. Click on the name of the item you wish to view or click view next to the item



Add Project

  • On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Add Project
  • Project Title (* = required) - Enter
  • Minimum Access Level - Select
  • State - Select
  • City/Town/Village - Start typing name into the box below to see if in list
    • If not in the list, see Add Project City/Town/Village
  • Site Name -
    • Select Hold Control/Command to select multiple
    • If not in the list, see Add New Field Value
  • Site Description - Type
  • Location - Type
  • Geographic Coordinates - Input Latitude & Longitude
  • Setting Type(s) - Select
    • Hold Control/Command to select multiple
    • If not in the list, see Add New Field Value
  • Habitat Type(s) - Select
    • Select Habitat and type appropriate acres, miles or feet
    • For multiple habitat types, click Add Habitat Type
  • Project Status - Select
  • Project Phase - Select
  • Completion Date - Select
  • Project Benefit(s) - Select
    • Hold Control/Command to select multiple 
    • If not in the list, see Add New Field Value
  • Project Classification(s) - Select 
    • Hold Control/Command to select multiple 
    • If not in the list, see Add New Field Value
  • Contact(s)
    • If not in the list, see Add Contact
    • Below Contacts, select all applicable:
      •   Listed Spp
      •   HRI Goal
      •   GPRA/NEPORT Reportable
      •   Is GPRA/NEPORT Reported?
      • Choose Report Date, if applicable
  • URL
  • Photo Gallery 
    • Add any applicable photos by selecting Choose File to attach
    • Select Add Photo Gallery to add more photos
  • Enter any applicable Costs
    • Cost Estimate (depreciated)
    • Cost Estimate
    • Total Project Cost (depreciated)
    • Total Project Cost
  • Funding Sources
    • Select any applicable items and type amounts
    • If not in the list, see Add New Field Value
    • Select Add Funding Source to add more

Add Contact

  • On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Add Contact
    • Title (* = Required) - use information you will need to find the contact later, for example "John Smith, EPA"
      • Title is what is used for searching contacts
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • State
    • Organization
    • Mobile Phone
    • Office Phone
    • Email
    • Notes
    • Provide as much information as possible
    • Select one of the following:
      • Nominator
      • Manager
      • Contractor
    • Double check everything is entered correctly
    • REMEMBER to Save

Add Project Location

  • On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Add Project City/Town/Village
    • City/Town/Village Name (* = Required)
    • County (* = Required)
    • State (* = Required)
    • Zip Code
    • Double check everything is entered correctly
    • REMEMBER to Save

Add New Field Value:

Cause of Degradation, Fish, Minimum Access Level, Nuisance Species, Ownership, Project Benefit, Project Classification, Project Phase, Project Status, Restoration Technique, Setting Types, Site Name, State, Waterbody

  • On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Add New Field Value
    • Click Add New Value next to the Project Field Value you want to edit
      • Scroll to the bottom of the Allowed values list
      • After the last item, hit enter
      • Copy sample|sample and Paste it at the end of the list
      • Change to the name you want to add - for example, goldfish|goldfish
      • Double check everything is entered correctly
      • REMEMBER to Save


Add New User

Roles:

Content Editor  
Administrator  
System Manager  
  • On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Add New Field Value
    • Email address
    • Username (* = Required)
    • Password
    • Confirm Password
    • Status default is Active
    • Role: see chart above
    • Notify user of new account
    • Double check everything is entered correctly
    • REMEMBER to Save

Update Content

  • Update

1. On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Content List

Select "Content List"
Select "Content List"

2. From the Content List page, select Content Type as LISS Project Partner

*Note - clicking Apply without parameters will bring up a list of all project partners*

Content Type: LISS Funding Partner

3. Under Title, use Contains, or select a different parameter

4. Type in the box below the selected parameter what you want to search

5. Click Apply

6. Click edit, under Action



Edit Project

1. On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Content List

Select "Content List"
Select "Content List"

2. From the Content List page, select Content Type as LISS Project

3. Under Title, use Contains, or select a different parameter,

8. Double check everything is entered correctly

9. REMEMBER to Save


Edit Contact

1. On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Content List

Select "Content List"

2. From the Content List page, select Content Type as LISS Contact

3. Under Title, use Contains, or select a different parameter

Edit Funding Partner

1. On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Content List

Select "Content List"
Select "Content List"

2. From the Content List page, select Content Type as LISS Funding Partner

Edit Project City/Town/Village

1. On the left side of the home screen, under Add Content, select Content List

2. From the Content List page, select Content Type as LISS Project City/Town/Village
